Order Processing We are currently not accepting credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States or Canada. Please allow 2 to 3 days for order processing.

Plasma & LCD Policy Please inspect all Plasma & LCD displays being delivered to you. Please have the driver wait while you inspect your merchandise. If there is damage you must notify the driver immediately. If the box has external damage notify the driver immediately and indicate any damages on the bill-of-lading and notify us promptly at 800-672-2603.

No returns on televisions, DVD recorders, car stereo, hard disc recorders or satellite or hdtv receivers. These products are all covered by manufacturers warranty.

Return Policy All returns must be called in for prior authorization. If your products are defective please call for an RMA number at 732 780-7577. All defective returns must be returned within a 14 day period. Any non-defective goods must also be returned within a 14 day period and may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. No refunds or exchanges on digital cameras, satellite receivers, video cameras, televisions and car stereo whatsoever. Seek an authorized service center for these items. DJ equipment is final sale. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on any refused order and may be subject to a restocking charge.

No return merchandise will be accepted at our post office box. All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with ALL contents included, any product returned with warranty cards filled in or writing on owners manuals or goods not in their original packaging will be refused.

To issue an RMA number we need your name and daytime phone number. Invoice number. Product being returned. Customers email address.

All returns must be in resaleable condition including original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, remote controls, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty material, and like-new condition of the merchandise and packing materials.

Do not write RMA numbers on manufacturers cartons as this will make the product appear used and we might have to charge you for a new carton.
